Course: Hawai’i Kai to Kaimana Beach
Safety Recommendations: Wear a leash, bright clothing, personal flotation device and a hat.
Familiarize yourself with the course. Have an emergency plan. Know basic first aid and CPR.
This race is 10 miles and is not for novices…experienced only. Mahalo.
A minus Low tide is roughly 10am going to a big HT around 530pm… ENE Trades should be moderate to fresh with a small Trade swell wrap. SNN
Race Check-in: 9:30-10:30 at Hawaii Kai (across Roy’s)
