Chilly, Light NE trade winds early making for super clean surf this morning esp along leeward shores. Building 10-20 NE trades and sunny skies island wide. Nice moderate NNW and small SSW swells.
NORTH: Up and rising on the new N-NW swell at 4-6+' at Pipe (Pro Juniors in ON) Sunset may see some bigger sets than everywhere else; its clean and smooth for dawn hours with light offshores. Expect stronger sideshores later. West: Makaha is up and rising this morning from the N-NW+SSW at 2-4' with chance of higher sets with smooth buttery waves, and light offshore NE trades. Town Ala Moana, Kaisers, etc. are up and rising on the SSW at 1-2' occas 2.5' from the SSW w/ glassy clean waves at 13 seconds; nice lines. Diamond Head: UP and rising on the SW+ some SSE w/good offshores at 1-2 occ near 3' (lotta 1' waves and every 20 min the biggest sets. Sandy's: Up and holding on a trade swell and on S-SW at a solid 1-2' sets in shore pound; light NNE trades filling later making for sideoffshores; East: Makapu'u: Down and holding for now from the N-NE at 1 occas 2' lapping in the shorebreak with light NNE wind onshores.
