Decent weather today with continuing moderate to fresh E-NE trades later this morning. Tide is dropping out first half of the day to a -0.2 Low tide at 11am then pushing up the rest of the day to a 2' High at 6pm
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES & HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR EAST FACING SHORES
NORTH: Up and holding on a new WNW at 3-5' at Sunset, Pipe, Chuns...with long lulls and semi smooth conditions. Buoys 5' 14 seconds.
West: Makaha is up and holding on the WNW swell; it's 2-3 occ 4' with lite offshores, smoooooth and clean. Town: Ala Moana, Kaisers, etc. holding on the S-SE & S-SW swell Fl-1.5 maybe the occ 2' and smooth. Diamond Head: Holding on the SSE at 0-1.5' occ 2' sets per 15 minutes alittle less wind blown chop. Sandy's: Down and hair and Holding on NE tradeswell at 2-3' at Half Pt to Gas Chambers which is firing; brisk sideshore choppy. East: Makapu'u: Down a hair and holding on NE trade swell at 2-4' with lots of white water inside and current, bumpy from the gusty 10-25mph ENE trades.
