			<description><![CDATA[I live on Hawai`i Island, and we have no smoking laws on the beaches (not that they are enforced, but at least the laws are there). Cigarette butts kill fish instantly in the water. And the outdoors is for all of us to breathe clean air. Please make smoking illegal at the beaches.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I am strongly in support of making our beaches smoke free. As I see it, the benefits would include: keeping our beaches free of trash (cigarette butts), promoting a healthy and safe environment by keeping the public space smoke free (especially for keiki), and protecting one of our City's greatest attractions. Passing of this measure is vitally important.]]></description>
