Congradulations Jack! One of the greatest gatherings of Legends & Hawaii Surf Community in recent history. We joined Director Jack McCoy and his cast of world-renowned surfers, Wed Feb 6th on the Red Carpet, at the great lawn of the Hilton Hawaiian Village… it was the World-Premiere of “A Deeper Shade of Blue!”…Folks won won prizes from the House of Marley, Sol Cabana, West Surfing products and two round-trip tickets to anywhere Hawaiian Airlines flies and we even got a special performance by Jack Johnson!
it's a master piece with Master surf film maker, Jack McCoy; he ventures into a new realm with his film “A Deeper Shade of Blue”. This is not a surf movie, it is a film about surfing… its deepest roots from Hawaii. The film is backed by an exhilarating soundtrack from Jack Johnson, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, and Paul McCartney, and features ground-breaking camerawork to bring viewers an immersive experience in and under the waves. Doors open at 5:30pm Wednesday Feb 6th at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
