Oahu south shore beach boy China Uemura has been involved with water sports all of his life. He can usually be found at his office at Ala Moana Beach Park (under a tent in front of the concession at the Kewalo's side of the park).

The people of Hawaii have sponsored China’s professional surfing career as he traveled the world in professional longboard surfing events representing Hawaii. In turn, he gives back to the community.

All contests that China hosts are non-profit charitable events. Over the years, the total funds he raised for charities exceeds $200,000.00. We should have some fun waist to chest high sets with clean offshores.
