The word Ohana means family in Hawaiian and everyone in this short film has spent countless years riding for the same brand we call O'Neill. Jordy Smith, Ian Crane, Timmy Reyes, Cory Lopez, and John John Florence (as seen in order) all feature their best waves from the time they spent on this rock called Hawaii.

"Beyond Sight" - The Derek Rabelo story

Amidst the small beautiful city of Guarapari, Brazil, Derek Rabelo's father prayed that his son would become a famous professional surfer.  His father named his son after the legendary Pipeline surfer Derek Ho, the embodiment of his dream.  Unfortunately on May 25th 1992, his prayer seemed unanswered when Derek was born blind.  Seventeen years later Derek decided that despite his blindness he still wanted to surf and that he wanted to surf Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu.  Through the encouragement of his parents, best friend, and surf coach, Derek embarked on a three-year journey of grueling mental, physical and spiritual training.  Join Derek as he perseveres towards his goal of surfing Pipeline and along the way inspires the best surfers in the world including Kelly Slater, Gerry Lopez, Tom Curren, Damien Hobgood, Derek Ho, Laird Hamilton, Lakey Peterson, Coco Ho, and the entire surfing world.  You will learn from Derek's story that the best journeys in life are walked by faith, and not by sight.

The year of Parko. Our new ASP World Champ and Pipe Master.

14 December, 2012  "It's all over. it's done. it's surreal". Parko...the new World Champ and Pipe Master. The surf was less than perfect but still world class on most scales. The best surfed the heavy barrells with bravery.

Coming out on top after 4 runner ups over the last decade, Joel is wins most deserved.  Joel Parkinson (AUS), 31, claimed his maiden ASP World Title today at the final stop of the 2012 ASP World Championship Tour (WCT) season, by winning the Billabong Pipe Masters in Memory of Andy Irons. The Billabong Pipe Masters was also the third and final leg of the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing series....

Jeff Hubbard (HAW) has won the 2012 IBA Encanto Pro in rampy 4-6 foot waves at Middles Beach today. The 2x World Champion defeated wildcard Ruben “Babby” Quinones (PR) in the final with a total heat score of 16.55 vs 12.70.

After the final Quinones was carried and cheered up the beach by his friends and fans as he flew the Puerto Rican flag with pride.

When asked about his road to the final, Hubbard explained: “I was in focus mode all day. I was trying not to think about the title race or be too distracted by Winnies performance. It was hard, because he was killing it.”
